Tricia Snell writes stories, poemsessays/articles, and book reviews. She is currently working on a novel. Her most recent published story (fiction) is “Out to the Horses,” which appeared in Room Magazine (December 2019, Issue 42.4) and was longlisted for the 2019 CBC Short Story Prize. She is the author of the poetry chapbook, Rooted (The Little Books Collective, 2023) and the nonfiction book / directory Artists Communities (Allworth Press, 1996/2000). Her writing has also been published in Every Day Fiction, Art PapersOregon HumanitiesThe Oregonian, and The Grove Review, and been read by actor Barbara Rappaport on the PEN Syndicated Fiction Project / National Public Radio show, The Sound of Writing.
