WORKSHOP POLICIES

Cancellation/Refund Policies:

Cancellation 7+ days before date of 1st class of session = a full refund.

Cancellation 1-6 days before 1^st class of session, or after the first class of session = refund of 50% of session fee.

Cancellation after second class of session = no refund.

Missed classes are not refundable.

Workshop Waiver of Liability:

When you participate in a writing workshop with Tricia Snell, you accept that neither Tricia Snell nor her family or any guest instructors are liable or financially responsible for any injury or damages, to person or property, that may occur during a writing/literature workshop, either online or in Tricia Snell’s home workshop space at 56 Pelham St., Lunenburg, NS B0J 2C0.

You forfeit all rights to bring a suit against Tricia Snell, her family, guest instructors, and her writing/literature workshops for any reason.

You agree that you will not use any items created in Tricia Snell’s workshops for promotion of any business of your own.
