In addition to her literary life, Tricia plays flutes, whistles, and recorders.

She plays in a trio, Trillium,

 in various musical happenings in the South Shore, Nova Scotia region.

She also plays in a Sunday Celtic Session at the Saltbox Brewery (Mahone Bay, NS) led by Eilidh Campbell.
